ESL EFL Teaching Resources - Activities, Worksheets and Lessons
The resources section covers a wide variety of topics and grammar points. There are four main categories: General English, Grammar, Questions and Functional Language. All the sections and topics are listed below.
There are hundreds of beneficial resources to choose from covering all aspects of language learning. There are grammar and vocabulary resources as well as resources to improve students' reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. The resources cover all levels of English from beginner through to advanced.
You can use these resources to introduce or round off lessons, revise specific structures and vocabulary, extend your lessons or to supplement a course book. All the teaching resources have been thoroughly tested out in the classroom and all the activities come with detailed teacher's notes. Every resource comes in a PDF format.
Within each section, you will also find complete lessons. These can be used as stand-alone lessons or combined with other lessons to make a full unit. Our teaching resources are being constantly updated to provide you with the most up-to-date and creative ESL EFL teaching materials. As well as lessons and stand-alone teaching activities, you will find ESL EFL games and worksheets to help you achieve your teaching objectives.

General English – This section offers resources that will give students a practical understanding of the English Language. These engaging resources cover a variety of topics such as expressions of quantity, likes and dislikes, prepositions, phrasal verbs, etc. The materials in this section introduce a rich variety of words and structures that can help students use English effectively in an everyday environment.
Grammar - The grammar section has been designed to make learning grammar appealing and fun for students. We have spent a great deal of time creating imaginative activities that will not only help to reinforce the student's understanding of how to use grammar but also make it a memorable experience.
Questions - This category gives students lots of practice at using and understanding different question forms. There are questions targeting different language skills and topics, e.g. past simple questions, indirect questions, question tags, etc. These resources help students' master question words and structure of a variety of question types.
Functional Language – This section provides students with the language to perform various functions in English, e.g. requesting, giving advice, making suggestions, complaining, etc. These enjoyable resources will enable students to communicate effectively according the specific purpose they want to achieve. Each resource includes common expressions and frameworks for each function that students will find extremely helpful as they will learn how to use the language and interact authentically in each situation.
