Paul is the original creator of Teach-This.com and the author behind the vast majority of the platform's teaching materials. He holds a Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed.) and a BA in Business English. With over 20 years of real-world ESL classroom teaching experience, including time served as a certified IELTS Examiner, and 15 years specializing in educational material design, Paul serves as the Lead Editor. He personally reviews and finalizes resources to ensure they meet the highest pedagogical standards and are genuinely effective for classroom teachers.
Olly Cavallaro | Senior Content Creator and Editor
Olly is a core pillar of the Teach-This editorial team, working directly alongside Paul to develop, test, and refine our extensive library of resources. Olly brings an exceptional academic background to the platform, holding a Master's in Applied Linguistics, a Master of Education, and an RSA CELTA. Drawing on 20 years of classroom teaching experience and his highly specialized insight as a former IELTS Examiner, he excels at crafting engaging activities that help students master complex language skills. As an editor, Olly ensures that all materials are highly accurate, grammatically precise, and perfectly graded for their respective proficiency levels.
