You'll continue to have full access to all resources and the online platform until the end of your current billing period. After that, your access will be limited to our free resources only.

Yes, you can change or upgrade your membership plan at any time. To do this:

Log in and click on 'My Profile'. First cancel your current subscription, then use the 'Upgrade Membership' or 'Change Membership' tab to select a new plan. Your remaining membership time will transfer to the new subscription.

Alternatively, you can go to the membership page, select your preferred plan, log in and complete the sign-up process.

Group memberships are discounted packages for schools, colleges, language centers, or groups of teachers. Discounts range from 17% to 35% depending on the number of users (from 2 to 20+). The group administrator receives an invite link to send to group members, and each member gets their own login credentials.

Administrators are included as a group member, so plan the correct number of members accordingly.

As the group administrator, you can add, change, or delete group member accounts through the Admin page after creating your subscription. Simply:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to the Admin page under the Resources Menu
  3. Use the tools provided to manage your group members
  4. Send invitation links to new members

The number of users cannot be changed after a group membership has been created. Please plan the correct number of members accordingly. If you need more than 20 users, please contact us directly for assistance.
