Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains refunds, cancellations, and renewals for TeachThis Limited (“TeachThis”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It applies to (1) subscriptions/memberships to the TeachThis service (“Subscribed Plans”) and (2) one-time purchases of PDF eBooks (“eBooks”).
By purchasing or using our Service at www.teach-this.com, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of our Terms of Use.
1. Digital Products: No Refunds (Subscriptions and eBooks)
Because our products are digital, all fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes:
• Subscribed Plans / memberships (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 1 year)
• One-time purchases of PDF eBooks
This policy does not affect any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. No Free Trial (Free Resources Are Not a Trial)
We do not offer free trials, trial periods, or evaluation access to our paid subscriptions (Subscribed Plans) or eBooks.
We do offer certain free PDF resources that can be downloaded without signing up; these are free standalone resources and are not a trial of the paid Service.
3. Subscription Cancellation (Stopping Auto-Renewal)
Although we do not provide refunds, you can cancel to prevent your subscription from renewing.
Auto-renewal
Your Subscribed Plan renews automatically for successive periods of the same duration unless cancelled.
How to cancel
You can cancel renewal by:
1. Using your account settings from the 'My Profile' page (if available); or
2. Canceling the recurring payment in your payment platform (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal); or
3. Emailing us at
When to cancel (important)
To avoid the next renewal charge, you must submit your cancellation at least five (5) Business Days before the end of your current term.
For these purposes, Business Days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in your location.
If you cancel late
If cancellation occurs fewer than five (5) Business Days before the end of the term, the next renewal may still be processed. In that case, cancellation will take effect at the end of the following term.
4. No Partial-Period Refunds or Credits
We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
• unused time,
• partial subscription periods,
• early cancellation, or
• changes in circumstances (e.g., change of role, schedule, or school)
Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current term (or the following term if cancelled late), but does not generate a refund.
5. eBooks (One-Time Purchases)
No refunds on eBooks:
All eBook purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Corrupted files / failed download links:
eBooks are sold “as is,” but if your file is corrupted or a download link fails, we will reasonably assist in providing a working copy to the email address associated with the purchase, subject to availability.

6. After Your Subscription Ends (Access vs. Refunds)
When your Subscribed Plan ends, your account may be deactivated and content stored in the Service may be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements). This does not create any refund entitlement.
You may continue to use copies of Materials you previously downloaded and adapted, but you may not download new Materials after your subscription ends.
